LeadForm legal

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to LeadForm, a Home Services Job Desk for owned quote forms, request priority, routing, HubSpot, launch checklist, and billing operations.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

LeadForm is built for contractors that want owned job requests instead of shared lead marketplaces. You are responsible for your business, your forms, your advertising, your follow-up, your team, and your legal compliance. LeadForm provides software tools, not legal, tax, advertising, or revenue advice.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing LeadForm, publishing a quote form, connecting an integration, running a launch test, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you use LeadForm for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LeadForm. Additional order forms, plan terms, data processing terms, or written agreements may apply if signed or accepted separately.

2. What LeadForm provides

LeadForm provides software for US Home Services businesses to create quote forms, capture homeowner requests, collect consent evidence, score and prioritize requests, route leads, send HubSpot context, run pre-launch tests, review the launch checklist, and manage billing status.

LeadForm is not a lead marketplace, telemarketing agency, law firm, ad agency, payment processor, CRM provider, or contractor dispatch center. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

3. Accounts and workspace access

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken by users invited to your workspace, including publishing forms, changing routing rules, connecting HubSpot, sending notes, cleaning simulation data, and managing billing.

You must promptly remove access for users who no longer need it. LeadForm may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that create security risk, legal risk, billing risk, abuse, or product misuse.

4. Your forms and homeowner requests

You are responsible for the content, claims, offers, disclosures, service areas, prices, warranties, licenses, contractor assignments, and follow-up process connected to any form you publish.

  • Do not publish misleading offers, false emergency claims, false licensing claims, or fake scarcity.
  • Do not collect information that is unnecessary for handling a Home Services quote request.
  • Do not use LeadForm to collect highly sensitive information such as medical records, financial account credentials, government IDs, or children's data.
  • Do not route a request to a contractor that is not allowed, licensed, staffed, or prepared to handle it.

5. Communications, TCPA, and Do Not Call compliance

LeadForm can help you capture consent evidence when a homeowner checks an explicit consent box on a quote form. That evidence may include consent text, timestamp, form URL, user agent, and related context.

You are solely responsible for complying with TCPA, state mini-TCPA laws, Telemarketing Sales Rule obligations, Do Not Call requirements, opt-out rules, text message rules, call recording rules, and any industry-specific communication rules that apply to your business.

You must honor opt-outs, suppression requests, and do-not-call obligations. LeadForm does not guarantee that a consent checkbox makes any call, text, email, robocall, auto-dialed message, or marketing campaign lawful.

6. CRM, HubSpot, and third-party integrations

If you connect HubSpot or another integration, you authorize LeadForm to exchange data with that service according to your workspace configuration. This may include creating or updating contacts, pushing notes, preparing HubSpot avancé, reading available fields, and storing integration status.

You are responsible for ensuring that data sent to third-party services is permitted, accurate, and configured correctly. LeadForm is not responsible for data loss, workflow mistakes, provider downtime, permission changes, API limitations, revoked OAuth access, or third-party processing outside LeadForm.

7. Launch tests and synthetic data

LeadForm includes tools that can generate synthetic 🔥 Urgent requests, 50-request simulation, launch checklist, routing proofs, HubSpot tests, owner alerts, and launch simulations. These tools are for pre-launch validation only.

You should clean, archive, or clearly separate synthetic launch data before sending real paid traffic. You must not represent synthetic requests, simulation proofs, or test contacts as real homeowner demand.

8. Request priority, recommendations, and Incoming Quotes

LeadForm may label requests as 🔥 Urgent, ⭐ Good fit, 🌡️ Follow up, or ❄️ Cold and may display recommendations such as call now, retry HubSpot, assign contractor, pause traffic, or qualify first. These signals are decision-support tools.

You remain responsible for business judgment, call handling, estimates, dispatch, pricing, licensing, safety, customer communications, and whether to spend money on traffic. LeadForm does not guarantee booked jobs, closed revenue, ROI, ad performance, or customer outcomes.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use LeadForm to:

  • Break the law, violate privacy rights, send unlawful communications, or ignore opt-outs.
  • Scrape, resell, broker, or misuse homeowner data.
  • Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or overload the service.
  • Impersonate another business, misrepresent licensing, or publish deceptive claims.
  • Use LeadForm for spam, phishing, lead fraud, fake reviews, affiliate abuse, or deceptive arbitrage.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit LeadForm outside your authorized plan.
  • Interfere with other customers, other tenants, or the security and reliability of the platform.

10. Billing, subscriptions, and taxes

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, taxes, renewals, plan changes, and any applicable charges.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method accuracy, chargebacks, and keeping billing information current.

If payment fails, LeadForm may limit, suspend, downgrade, or terminate access. Plan limits, features, and prices may change with notice, but changes will not reduce rights already required by law.

11. Cancellation and downgrades

You may cancel according to the billing controls available in your account or through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges, remove published forms, delete data, or cancel third-party services you connected.

If a plan is downgraded, some features may become unavailable, including HubSpot sync, readiness reports, advanced routing, launch lab tools, or premium inbox controls.

12. Customer data and privacy

You retain ownership of the data you submit to LeadForm. You grant LeadForm the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, secure, back up, and display that data so the service can operate.

You must provide legally required notices and obtain legally required permissions from homeowners, workspace users, contractors, and any other people whose information is processed through LeadForm. LeadForm's Privacy Policy explains additional data practices.

13. Intellectual property

LeadForm and its software, workflows, scoring systems, interfaces, designs, documentation, templates, names, logos, and product concepts are owned by LeadForm or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of LeadForm intellectual property to you.

You may use LeadForm only as allowed by your plan and these Terms. Feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas may be used by LeadForm without restriction or compensation.

14. Confidentiality and security

Non-public product, pricing, security, technical, roadmap, and business information shared through LeadForm may be confidential. You must protect it with reasonable care and use it only for authorized purposes.

LeadForm uses safeguards such as tenant isolation, server-side validation, encrypted token storage patterns, signed webhook checks, and security headers. You are still responsible for user permissions, safe credentials, connected tools, and your own systems.

15. Availability and changes

LeadForm may change, add, remove, limit, rename, or improve features. Some features may be beta, experimental, unavailable, delayed, or dependent on third-party services.

We aim for a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, exact scoring outcomes, or compatibility with every browser, CRM, device, ad platform, or workflow.

16. Suspension and termination

LeadForm may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse data, threaten platform security, violate law, abuse support, infringe rights, or use the product in a way that harms LeadForm, homeowners, contractors, partners, or other customers.

After termination, your right to use LeadForm ends. Certain provisions will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, privacy responsibilities, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and any provisions that by nature should survive.

17. Disclaimers

LeadForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForm disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and any implied warranties.

LeadForm does not warrant that the service will generate leads, revenue, estimates, booked jobs, compliant communications, successful HubSpot delivery, successful advertising campaigns, or legally sufficient consent.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, lost goodwill, lost data, ad spend waste, business interruption, or third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForm's total liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to LeadForm for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid LeadForm.

19. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadForm from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your forms, homeowner communications, ads, contractor services, routing decisions, integrations, data, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement, or misuse of the service.

20. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and a good-faith discussion.

Any claim must be brought individually, not as a class, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Updates to these Terms

LeadForm may update these Terms as the product, law, pricing, integrations, or business operations change. The updated date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
