Accessibility Statement

LeadForm is committed to improving accessibility for contractors, homeowners, workspace teams, and visitors using our website, public quote forms, Incoming Quotes, and launch workflows.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Accessibility is part of conversion quality. If a homeowner cannot understand or complete a quote request, the contractor loses revenue and the homeowner loses a path to service.

Our accessibility goal

LeadForm aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical for our customer-facing website, legal pages, public quote forms, and core product workflows.

The product is still evolving. Some areas may not yet fully meet that target, and we are actively improving accessibility as the application matures.

Readable quote forms

Public quote forms should be easy to read, navigate, complete, and submit on mobile and desktop devices.

Keyboard-friendly flows

Core navigation, form inputs, buttons, and legal pages should remain usable without relying only on a mouse.

Clear interaction states

LeadForm aims to keep focus, validation, loading, disabled, success, and error states visible and understandable.

Current focus areas

  • Reviewing public quote forms for labels, helper text, errors, focus order, and mobile readability.
  • Keeping dashboard actions understandable for contractors who work quickly from phones in the field.
  • Using semantic HTML, clear headings, accessible names, and keyboard-operable controls where practical.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast across legal pages, dashboards, public forms, and alerts.
  • Testing critical launch, billing, CRM, and submission flows as the product changes.

Feedback

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers in LeadForm. If you have trouble using a page, dashboard flow, public quote form, legal page, or account feature, contact us at accessibility@useleadform.com.

Please include the page URL, the device and browser you used, assistive technology if relevant, and a short description of what blocked you. We will review reports and prioritize fixes based on severity, usage, safety, and product impact.

Third-party content

LeadForm may link to, embed, or integrate with third-party services such as HubSpot, Lemon Squeezy, Calendly, Supabase, Vercel, Google, or customer-provided content. Those providers control their own accessibility practices, but LeadForm will try to make its own integration surfaces clear and usable.

No legal advice

This statement describes LeadForm's accessibility goals and product practices. It is not legal advice and does not create a warranty, certification, or guarantee that every part of the service is fully conformant at all times.

Accessible conversion

Quote requests should be simple for every homeowner.
