What to report
Misuse that can damage homeowners or contractors.
LeadForm is not a shared lead marketplace. It is designed for legitimate contractors capturing their own quote requests. Reports help identify bad use before it harms trust.
Impersonation
A form claims to represent a contractor, brand, franchise, location, or service team without authorization.
Phishing or scams
A form collects credentials, payment details, sensitive records, or other information unrelated to a quote request.
Spam or unlawful outreach
A workspace appears to use LeadForm for unwanted texts, calls, robocalls, fake opt-ins, or ignored opt-outs.
Deceptive offers
A form advertises fake emergency service, false licensing, unrealistic pricing, hidden lead resale, or misleading guarantees.
Homeowner data misuse
A request appears to be resold, shared, scraped, exposed, or routed to unrelated parties without permission.
Unsafe contractor workflows
A form routes urgent requests to unqualified, unlicensed, unavailable, or inappropriate service providers.
Include the form URL
Send the public LeadForm URL, screenshots if available, the contractor or company name shown, and what looked suspicious.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not email full payment details, passwords, government IDs, or private homeowner information. A short description is enough to start review.
Security reports go separate
If the issue is a vulnerability, exposed data, account takeover, or platform bug, report it through security@useleadform.com instead.
What happens after a report?
LeadForm may review workspace activity, public form content, consent evidence, routing settings, CRM behavior, or related technical logs. Depending on the issue, LeadForm may contact the workspace owner, restrict a form, suspend access, preserve records, or take other steps allowed by the Terms.
Send a report
